Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email care@justaleaf.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the items or refund you in full.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the returns process above applies.
Hygiene exclusion
As these are food-contact disposable products, opened or used packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they were faulty on arrival.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
