By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.
1. No Cancellation Policy:
Once an order has been placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase. All sales are final.
2. Replacement of Defective Products
Please note that each package comes with a seal. Products cannot be considered for replacement or refund if seal is broken,
If you receive a defective product, we will replace it. To qualify for a replacement, you must:
      o Notify us within one (1) days of receiving the product.
      o Provide clear photographs of the defect and the product’s packaging.
Upon verification of the defect, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product at no additional cost to you. In case the exact product is unavailable, we will offer you a similar product of equal value.
3. Refund Policy  Â
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
       o If a replacement product is unavailable or out of stock.
       o If we determine that a refund is more appropriate than a replacement at our
       discretion.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the refund may take five to seven business days to reflect in your account,depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. How to Request a Replacement or Refund:
To initiate a replacement or refund request, please contact our customer service team at care@justaleaf.in with your order number, photos of the defective product, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within three to five business days with further instructions.
5. Shipping Costs:
We will cover the shipping costs for the return of defective products only. However, the product must be returned in its original packaging with the seal to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Shipping costs of any other form of returns will be borne by the buyer.
6. Non-Refundable Items:
Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement or refund.
7. Changes to This Policy:
Conservia Partners reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
