1. Shipping Locations: We deliver our products across India. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurateand complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
2. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the total weight of your order. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions on orders that meet a specified minimum order value, which will be communicated on our website from time to time.
3. Order Processing Time:
i)Orders are typically processed within 48 working hours after payment confirmation.Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
ii)You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time once your order is processed
4. Estimated Delivery Time:
i) The estimated delivery time for your order is five to seven business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, and other factors beyond our control.
ii) We will provide tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.
5. Delivery Partners:
We partner with reputable courier services to deliver your order safely and on time. While westrive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
6. Delivery Attempts:
Our delivery partners will make two delivery attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
7. Unsuccessful Delivery:
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or if you fail to collect the order within the stipulated time, we may charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team within 1 (one) days of receiving the order. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and products, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or providing a refund, as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9. Changes to Shipping Address:
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at care@justaleaf.in. We will do our best to accommodate the change, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
10. International Shipping:
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver orders only within India.
